The Ramayana Story - The Ramakien (The Great Hindu Epic Ramayana Story from Thailand)

The Ramakien is the Thai version of the Indian Hindhu epic writtten over 2,000 years ago, '' Ramayana ''. Many other aspects were transposed into a Thai context, such as the clothes, weapons, topography, and elements of nature, which are described as being Thai in style.
A painted representation of the Ramakien is displayed at Bangkok's Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Hualumpong, and many of the statues there depict characters from it.

I got this beautiful Mytholofical art presentation from http://www.slideshare.net/bright9977/the-ramayana-story  prepared by Mr.Sompong Yusoontorn of Thailand who is a great teacher and encourage many people across the globe with his valuable presentations on several topics in slideshare.
